Jurate Liutvinskaite, M.S.

Jurate Liutvinskaite brings a broad and diverse academic, professional and cultural background. Her fascination with human nature and sciences, paved the way for her passion in psychology. Jurate first started studying about human sciences in depth at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania 14 years ago. Thereafter, she continued her education in the US and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University, whilst exploring clinical and social psychology fields, in both applied and academic research environments.

Alongside she has also held several key supervisory positions in relevant industries reinforcing her interest in modern applied research & training anchored in individual differences. Throughout her career Jurate honed her expertise in brief – intervention therapy, substance abuse and mental health counseling, communications and marketing. Jurate has attained her Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in the Applied Experimental and Human Factors Psychology.

Her research interests include: Macro Ergonomics, Cognitive Engineering, Augmented Cognition, Immersive Virtual Environments and finally System Development: Adaptive Training/Intervention Systems, Transportation and Communication Systems. Outside academia Jurate is a firm believer in and passionate advocate of a holistic lifestyle choices and enjoys staying current in the areas of nutrition, fitness, health and global sustainability. Moreover, when given an opportunity Jurate enjoys exploring discoveries in the field of quantum Physics and learning more about the esoteric elements of the Universe.
